Upcoming classes are scheduled for individuals and groups of 3 or less on an as-needed basis. Larger group classes are scheduled from time to time also.

If you have questions about setting up a private or small group class, please go to the FAQs page or tell us about your interest in a class on the Contact Us page. We will work with you to meet your schedule and other needs to personalize a class just for you or your group.
